The rules of the road for the Sparky Pipeline Audit. No small print tricks.

Last updated: 19 April 2026 · Version: 1.0

The short version. You pay £497 upfront. I deliver the audit within 5 working days. If after reading it you don’t feel it was worth the money, email me within 14 days and I’ll refund you in full — no forms, no sales call. You keep everything I sent. UK law. That’s it.

1. Who you’re buying from

This site and the Sparky Pipeline Audit are run by Artur Kazusek, trading as Sparky Pipeline Audit (sole trader, based in Burgess Hill, West Sussex). Contact: artur@sparkypipelineaudit.co.uk.

In these terms, “I”, “me” and “my” refer to Sparky Pipeline Audit. “You” means the business or person buying the audit.

2. What the service is (and isn’t)

The Sparky Pipeline Audit is a one-off, done-for-you diagnostic and Google Business Profile (GBP) fix for UK electrician owner-operators. It includes:

It is not an ongoing retainer, a Google Ads service, or a website build. Those are separate conversations after the audit.

3. Payment

The price is £497, one-off, 100% upfront by card via Stripe. No invoicing, no BACS, no contract lock-in. Klarna / PayPal Pay-in-3 may be available at checkout as a silent option.

Prices on this site are in pounds sterling (GBP). No VAT is charged at the time of writing (I’m below the UK VAT threshold); I’ll update this if that changes.

4. Delivery timing

I commit to delivering the full audit package within 5 working days of your payment clearing. Working days = Monday to Friday excluding UK public holidays. If I need to pause the clock (for example, you go on holiday and I can’t reach you to schedule the 45-minute Q&A), I’ll tell you by email on the day.

5. Satisfaction guarantee & refund

If you read the full audit and genuinely don’t feel it was worth £497, email me at artur@sparkypipelineaudit.co.uk within 14 days of delivery and I’ll refund every penny to the card you paid with. No refund form, no phone call, no retention pitch.

You keep the audit, the competitor teardown, the review scripts and the Loom walkthrough either way. That’s deliberate — the only thing I’m willing to lose is the money.

6. What I need from you

7. Who owns what

Everything I create for you in the audit — the report, the competitor teardown, the review scripts, the GBP posts (published and draft) — becomes yours to keep and use however you like. Your GBP, website and reviews remain 100% in your name and under your control at all times.

I retain the right to use anonymised learnings from your audit (e.g. “the average electrician I audit has 3 out of 10 GBP categories populated”) in my own marketing. I will never name you, quote you or publish before/after screenshots without your written permission.

8. What’s NOT guaranteed

I do not guarantee Google rankings, call volume, enquiry volume, or any other outcome that depends on the Google algorithm, seasonality, or your own willingness to action the plan.

Anyone who promises you “page 1 in 30 days” is the kind of cowboy you’re trying to escape. The audit and the GBP fix give you the foundation — execution on your side turns it into phone calls.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, my total liability to you for any claim arising out of this service is capped at the price you paid (£497). I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses (lost profits, lost enquiries, reputational damage).

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

10. Cancellation & consumer rights

The audit is a B2B service sold to a UK business (sole trader or limited company). Statutory consumer cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 generally don’t apply to B2B purchases. That said, the satisfaction guarantee above gives you a 14-day window to get your money back after delivery — which is more protection than the statute would give a consumer, not less.

If you buy the audit as an individual consumer (non-business purchase), you have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period. Because the audit is a digital/bespoke service, starting work inside that window means you lose the right to cancel for a full refund. I’ll ask you to confirm in writing before I start.

11. Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.

12. Changes to these terms

I may update these terms from time to time (new bonuses, changed delivery scope, legal updates). Your purchase is governed by the version live on this page on the day you paid. The version number and “last updated” date at the top of this page track the current revision.

13. How to reach me

Email is the best way: artur@sparkypipelineaudit.co.uk. I read every message personally and reply within 1 UK working day, usually same-day.
